Infamous Yet Hard to Catch

Oh yeah, this one is really famous, it’s been there since I was in high school probably. And while I’ve seen it circling around in Jakarta a few times, we haven’t got the chance to catch it, until now… So what if the dude has a real Buddy Club front end?
Truly a classic, even if it has undergone several cosmetic replacements. But it is still consistent with its everlasting GT-wing. So if I must add it, a classic idiot perhaps…
Facts:
Honda Accord, B 138 DM, somewhere in Jakarta.

Wow, finally, something so interesting for me to comment about. Gini ya, joe_bastian, first of all… It’s taste, not tase. What is tase? A taser?
Berani aja kok kita kritik Hamann, emang hamann kalo bikin bodykit norak, walaupun performance tuningnya bagus. Cuma memang kita ngga spesialisasi ngritik hasil modif di luar sono, IN CASE YOU DIDN’T NOTICE. Tapi gw yakin kok, loe ngga NOTICE.
And really, we dare, and in fact, I’m calling all of our contributors to send us a picture of modified car from a world-class modification house that you hate. Be it Hamann, Veilside, or whatever jerk heads that may know a thing or two about engines, but simply have no taste on bodywork aesthetics.
Now… joe_bastian, can you simply mail us your postal address, so that we can come and chop your head off? Unless you’re feeling a bit awkward that you said this yourself in the first place. BTW, do you drive this piece of shit Honda?

Well, first of all (in reality) calling me “kamu2 semua pasti orang2 yang kagak mampu untuk modif, bisanya cuma syirik” is a lie. I just chose to plunge a lot of money into a 405 horsepower CORVETTE and not into a Honda Accord trying to mimic some race car. Or over US$30k into two BMW M3s __NOT__ some riced-out Jazz with a gaudy wing.
So, strike one, you are a liar.
I have “no tase” ? Is that really ? Have you seen my cars ? Unless you call having “no tase” as not having ultra big wing, aerodynamic-drag enhancing body parts, extra fuel consuming wheels/tires for the sole purpose of looks and a host of other “mods” to look like a race car, well, then I’m guilty as charged. But as I’m sure of, people in this blog will say otherwise.

To be honest, I don’t like Hamann stuff. Ever seen Hamann wheels on an M3 ? I can buy a wheel that weighs half as much, wider and stronger for 1/3 the price. So why some people buy Hamann wheels anyway ? Well, unless you are really dense, it’s because of the looks !
Fabulous/Garson you said ? Why the hell with all the stars anyway ? Too afraid to say the brands ? Is that all ? Here let me say it OUTLOUD:

Mobil ini sih gue sering liat, beredarnya emang sekitar sini kok, kalo ngga salah sih, ngeliat dari bentuk jalannya, itu di Pondok Indah deh, depannya Sekolah Duta. Mobil ini sih dari dulu udah cenderung rice, tapi baru stiker2 sponsor2 or something like that. Itu pake wing segede gaban apa ngga dongak ya mobilnya?
BTW, “tase” apaan yang bisa anggep sticker sampah di kiri kanan mobil itu bagus? Dari jaman kuda juga, kecuali mobil balap, polos itu paling keren. Mobil loe ngga nambah kenceng deh pake sticker hahahaha. I’m with you all the way Posvett, Fabulous sucks, Garson sucks, and Hamann definitely sucks.

Ini jawaban yg cukup aneh, addmorehp mempersembahkan modifikasi yg gak pada tempatnya doang juga gak pantes & bukan modifikasi yg emang betul pada tempatnya. So don’t be so rude, I was just like you as well when my first time visting this blog. I mean what’s wrong with these people making jokes to all “EXCELENT” modification ? And it takes sometimes for me to realize what they do is right, my friend. I’m a “rice” victim too, I spent a lot of money which I think can make my car very nice with body kit and other things which I think will make me like in the 2 fast 2 furious movie. Please see all posting here, which car is cool & the modification in right place ? Minibus being modificated as a race car, lowering the car too much, body kit so extreme and you cannot even hit a little rock in the street ?
My car is a MPV, and my modification was using racing style …. was that correct ? And now I regret to spent a lot of money for useless action.

saudara joe_bastian, silahkan browse blog ini, anda tidak akan pernah menemukan foto mobil racing sebenarnya, gak ada yaris nya TTI kan?
yg ada adalah mobil2 standar yg paling ganti velg (replika), dipasang sayap (plastik super berat), vinil/cat (super silau) dan modif2 lain yg gak mikirin keselamatan…
think, modif velg yg gak nyisahin ruang buat kerja suspensi? oh my god, satu corolla yg uda dimodif velg gede pernah nangkring di pembatas tol dengan bekas rem mendadak yg panjang banget, abis balapan ama lancer modifan juga tuh… itu kah yang namanya “tase”?
