Sorry for the several days of no updates, boys. We’ve got the next line up of Wacky Ricers contestants just right here…

Team Winger, as the name suggests, requires all of its members to have… Why none other than Wings! Simply put, no matter what your car is, big, small, rusty, crappy, slow, fast… You just gotta have a wing! You just gotta!

The team is led by a bright orange BMW. While it doesn’t exactly go against anything with its wing (since it’s an RWD), our question is fairly simple. Do you really need it? Why yes! That’s what the whole Team Winger was meant for!

From the BMW, comes this Schnitzer powered Honda Accord, with plenty of lights in front that assures the team that they have a top-notch field of vision ahead.

The wing? Of course… Aerodynamically adjusted to match the soil ploughing system of this beast…

From a Honda to another Honda, this one seems slick enough that we thought it could fly…

Yep, it CAN! Mach 2? Mach 3? Mach 60? You decide!

This black car is the team’s most trusted recon agent. It flies at night lurking in the sky to find out what the other teams are up to, just like the Nighthawk… But more impotent.

Not only that the car itself is ugly by default, it gets even worse with that wing dangling around its butt. Maybe they let him join because he’s the crowd’s clown.

Next, the Korean twins, the Hyundai Elantra…

And its brother, the Hyundai Accent. You have to forgive him, he is a bit shy…

Team Red Thunder is a team of highly professionals and masters in terms of harnessing the power of lightning. They have a broad variety of cars, probably with various skills and masteries…

From a small car like this Jazz, powered with the wind stripes. Fast as a Cheetah, agile as a… Umm… I don’t know what.

To the Isuzu Panther, powered with the wisdom of the dragons…

And the blaze of thunder…

The Honda Civic, with the squid face, and the power of the swoosh stripes… And the wing… Almost forgot about that.

The Toyota Kijang, with HKS stripes, fast as lightning, swift as a lion, but still… It’s a Kijang.

The old Toyota Kijang, with the menacing stripes of thunder… It’s so fast that we had trouble taking its picture…

The Honda Stream, with the power of the red thunder flame. Vicious and full of terror!

But kind at heart, with the “Save Our Earth” sticker. Protective to the others and has been shot too many times already, while rescuing the other team members…

But none of this would happen without the help of…

The service car… Because no team stand a chance in battle without a good doctor.

This is Ali, the victim. He seems like a nice guy, I felt so sorry for him.

This is Ali’s car. As you can see, is not exactly in top-notch condition…

It has lots of rust, a hell lot of rust…

In fact it has rust in all the places that you can imagine.

This is the host, he probably just trying to look hip and all, but doesn’t know a shit or two about cars. He probably only knows how to drive them.

Ali’s car has no door handles whatsoever. So if you want to get in the car, the window is your entrance.

These are the gaylords that doesn’t even know how to act. They’re supposed to be the saviors for the car. Supposedly.

This is what Ali’s car have become. An old Kijang with Karimun headlights. And a Grave Digger color scheme.

This is Reza, one of the gaylords, explaining why he put freaking 18″ rims to an old Kijang, and the wide body kit, AND the “American Van” concept of which he is trying to achieve with this car.

So now, go figure why we are deeply concerned…

As promised last week, this week’s update starts again with our latest and greatest event, Add More Horsepower!: Wacky Ricers. And as the premiere team show-off, let’s start off with something mild. And we decided to do this every 2 days instead of every week.

Team Tahumi/Skunk, hence the name, is a simple team consisting of 4 cars with the distinguishable black/white paint scheme, that want to look like Takumi’s AE86, but doesn’t quite get it right. They look like a bunch of skunks instead.

To win the event, this team is pretty clever with their selection of small 1.5L cars, such as the “Previous” Skunk Jazz… Wait if this is the previous, then where’s the current?

This is also another selection of a 1.5L car, although they didn’t do much on this one except that try-to-look-cool mini-cooperish paint job, still with the overall skunk theme, though. Shown in battle with the Drift King KIA Visto.

But of course, there’s the groupie and cheerleader car. Since groupies and cheerleaders also go as a sub-team, they picked a bigger car for this. I don’t know about you, but I don’t think pigs and skunks go along very well.

This skunk maybe bigger than the rest of the small cars, but with its lightweight sheet metal and flat black paint, it may also pack a punch.

As a fellow Justice League member, Superman doesn’t seem too happy that his teammate’s car is featured here. So, we figured, why don’t we feature his cracked-front-bumper Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution here?

I’m sorry, did I say Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution? My eyes must be playing tricks on me…

But I assure you, this is really Superman’s car, and I’m pretty much sure that it’s Krypton-proof.
