Do you want to know what’s it like being a car and at the same time being an exchange student? This car was probably being handed over in force by its parents to do the student exchange it does not deserve, escaped, and finally end up in Jakarta:

If you’re also wondering what’s this all about, then take a look on the close-up below:

A Citroen badge on the gas tank?!?!?!? WTF?!?!?! Not only it’s the wrong badge for the car, it doesn’t even fit the whole gas tank. And, the color stinks… CHROME?
Oh, and that’s not all… Look at this…

Ever tried fitting a lightbulb without the socket at home? Fear not! It is proven that the method is WEATHERPROOF! Proven by the owner of this Suzuki Baleno.
Next, if you refer to the first photo up there, you do notice that this car has a bumper protector. Up to this point, I still can’t determined what’s the use of those norak things. Oh, the owner must’ve dent a lot of bumpers before, that he /she decided to use a set of four on his/her new car. In what sense can these things be aesthetically correct?
Facts:
Suzuki Baleno, B 1477 M?, taken at UPH’s parking area (again, yes people, there are a lot of orang kampungs in the campus).

No, this ain’t about Del from I-Robot or his Audi RSQ. This is about another identity crisis, which has been happening a lot to the Indonesian auto-culture.

A regular dressed-up car? Yes. A slick looking car? No. Why? Because it’s a Mitsubishi Lancer with… Honda parts? … And… Benz parts? Hmm….
Regular rundown!!!

One. Spoon emblem. To our knowledge, it what sense could a Honda part is doing there? Estimation on power boost: Hmm, it’s a Spoon part right? Let’s just say another 35HP. Maybe it’s a small thing, you never know… =)

Two. AMG wheels. We are pretty much aware that Mitsubishi’s is Daimler Chrysler’s strategic partner, but that doesn’t justify using AMG wheels on a Lancer is correct. Man, you could get better wheels for the car anyway. And again, to our knowledge, the Lancer has 3 different PCDs, 4-100 for the base model, 4-114.3 for the OZ rally model, and 5-114.3 for the Ralliart model. And this is certainly not the Ralliart model. Power boost: 15HP each, creating a total of 60 ponies!
You! The owner! Ever thought of putting on a TRD oil cap inside your hood? Good thing he didn’t put a GT-Wing on the backside.
Oh yeah, one more thing, for you who thought that this is an EVO, or even call this car an EVO, well… IT IS NOT!
Facts (sorry, I just completely forgot):
Mitsubishi Lancer, B 2569 VB, taken at Ratu Plaza’s parking area.
